Buyer's Opportunity

Summer is here and with that comes a great opportunity to buy a property. Each year many purchasers lose interest in buying a house as they are thinking of sun and sand and relaxing holiday time. It is true that there are usually less houses for sale on the summer market but you might want to take those listings very seriously. Most sellers who keep their properties on the market in the summer do so for a very good reason. They want to sell. It might be that they have already bought, they have been transferred for a job or they just want to get on with life. Whatever the reason, they tend to be serious.

Add to that the fact that this year there is an increase in the number of listings and you will see that you are in much less competition than you would have been in the spring.
