I was a first time buyer and Nan never made me feel pressured to buy anything; she really cares about finding the right place for you and listens to understand what you are looking for/what is important for your future home. She is very knowledgeable about the entire process and helped me understand what was involved and feel confident at every step of the way. I was looking to buy a condo in a specific area and I also have pets, which seriously limited my options. Nan was upfront about this, and then spent an enormous amount of time filtering out non-pet friendly buildings for me. She also took me to see as many units as I wanted.
